The Daman 8.25″ u’Select Salt Mill by Peugeot is made in France from sparkling acrylic and sleek stainless steel. The Daman does not have a center shaft, making it easy to refill, higher in capacity, and visually appealing. The Daman’s reservoir stopper is magnetized, and the grinding mechanism is concave, flush with the bottom of the mill. The acrylic in this modern mill is highly polished to resist scratching and cloudiness over time.

Peugeot’s patented u’Select grind adjustment system makes this mill very easy to use. Simply twist the bottom of the mill to one of the 6 clearly marked, pre-defined settings, or any point in between. The grinds range from powdery-fine to extra-coarse. Once set, the grind will remain consistent until you select another setting, as operation of the mill will not cause the adjustment to slip.

The stainless steel of the French-made Daman Salt Mill’s grinding mechanism will not corrode, and is ideal for maintaining its original sharpness and resisting wear over time.

Which Salt Is Best in a Peugeot Salt Mill?
For best results, use salt with a maximum diameter of 4 mm (0.16″). The mill is designed for dry coarse salt, dry sea salt or rock salt. Do not use this mill with wet sea salt
